Searching

You search for that one special thing that would make life complete for weeks and months and years, dusting out the cobwebs in between days which run with the wind. You know that A is always A and there is no substitute for it. Well there might be substitutes, but none would give you that perfect fit.

Then one day, looking through the cobwebs, you find what you were searching for. That thing which was always there, lying unnoticed outside your home while you scoured the country. Now when you see it, you realise searching was a waste of time.

And then you wonder, how on earth did you not see it all this time?
